About Steve
I joined Al Serra in 2017 but have been around the automotive field since I was a teenager. I’ve spent the last ten years in the automotive profession as a technician after getting out of the military. I became a service advisor because I enjoy helping people. I grew up in Lansing, MI., but settled in Millington with my wife and two kids. My family and I enjoy horseback riding, adventuring to new places, and spending time outdoors.

He was very nice. Did call me but it went straight to vm. So driving from Oxford to grand blanc on a lease car isn’t great if there isn’t a loaner avail. Next time , I will call ahead when we sent up another service.
