I joined Al Serra in 2017 but have been around the automotive field since I was a teenager. I’ve spent the last ten years in the automotive profession as a technician after getting out of the military. I became a service advisor because I enjoy helping people. I grew up in Lansing, MI., but settled in Millington with my wife and two kids. My family and I enjoy horseback riding, adventuring to new places, and spending time outdoors.

Steve always greets with a smile and an eagerness to help.
