I joined Al Serra in March of 2019. I love to challenge myself each day to be better than the previous day. Being a people’s person is one of the reasons why customers gravitate towards me. I have been told that I have a positive and infectious attitude. I believe everyone deserves fair and honest service, and that is what you get when you work with me! The best aspect of my job is making sure our customers feel comfortable and educated when they leave the plaza. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Some of my interests include basketball, weightlifting, and coaching (baseball and basketball).

My husband was in the hospital, and my check engine light came on. i took my vehicle to AL Serra and explained the situation they told me go have a seat in the waiting room and courtesy transportation will take you home i no sooner sat down and couresy transportation took me home the repairs were completed quickly i got a call from Scott Miiller that my vehicle was ready for pick up the courtesy driver would pick me to get my vehicle. This is this most wonderful servic,e, absolutley wonderful.
