my experience with Jennifer was not good in my opinion. She lacks empathy and was not very personable. Since I’ve bought my car last August, I’ve had 3 issues with my check engine light and also I was concerned about the balding of my tires after only 17k miles being driven. When I told her about my tires and my tire and wheel warranty, she kept reiterating that it’s wear and tear is not covered and I told her that I wanted my front end to be checked just in case there was something that was causing that. She called me and explained that nothing was wrong with my front end and that I would have to buy new tires. When I picked up my vehicle the check engine light was resolved. I asked her if my alignment was checked or done and she said “no, an alignment is $129.” She gave me my keys and said my car was outside. I left, purchased 2 new front tires and come to find out there WAS a problem with my front end (a bent left control arm). I brought my vehicle back the next morning and was paired with a great specialist who went above and beyond to help me. I hope I never work with Jennifer again, my experience was terrible.
